Family-Style Service & Time Around the Table

Unless otherwise requested, meals at Kirby Episcopal House are served family style, with dishes brought to the table and shared. This simple choice is intentional:
If your group has particular needs or a different service style in mind, we’re happy to discuss options in advance.

Dietary Needs & Food Allergies

We understand that many guests arrive with specific dietary needs. Food allergies can generally be accommodated with appropriate notice, and we will work with group leaders to gather this information ahead of time.

While our kitchen has its limits, our staff is committed to doing everything reasonably possible to ensure that guests with dietary restrictions feel seen, safe, and well cared for.

Comfortable Overnight Accommodations

Overnight guests enjoy the use of the upstairs bedrooms, each furnished in a simple, retreat-house style with two to four single beds per room. All bed linens are provided, so guests can travel light and settle in quickly.
Rooms are designed to support a communal, retreat-focused experience—more like staying in a large family home than in a hotel.

Thoughtfully Maintained Shared Bathrooms
